•Downtown Mount Airy About Vroom Blooms Vroom Blooms is a growing, family-owned small business in downtown Mount Airy. We create plant-inspired car fresheners, home fragrance, and other handcrafted goods sold through our retail shop, online, and to retailers across the country. Our wholesale business is growing quickly, and we're looking for another pair of dependable hands to help us make, package, and prepare the products that leave our studio every week. About the Role We're hiring a Part-Time Plant Artist / Production Assistant to join our production team for 16 hours each week. This is a hands-on position. You'll spend your shifts assembling products, preparing materials, helping fulfill wholesale and online orders, and keeping production areas organized and ready to work. What You'll Do Assemble and prepare Vroom Blooms products Label and package finished products Prepare materials and components for production Help fill and pack wholesale and online orders Restock production stations and supplies Organize inventory, materials, and finished goods Complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently Keep your workspace clean and organized Help with larger production runs during busy periods Pitch in on other production and fulfillment tasks as needed Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Reliable and punctual Comfortable working independently once trained Highly detail-oriented and able to follow established processes Someone who likes working with your hands Comfortable with repetitive work Able to stay focused and productive Flexible when priorities change during the day Willing to notice what needs to be done and take initiative Comfortable standing, moving, and working with your hands for most of your shift Available for the regular Monday-Thursday schedule Previous production, warehouse, fulfillment, crafting, or small-business experience is helpful, but not required .
