Newton, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $27.37 - 38.32 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: Support engineers in optimizing manufacturing processes through hands-on machine setups and the collection and analysis of production samples and data.

Plan the sequence of operations for experimental trials, balancing conflicting requirements, economic factors, and operator comfort.

Conduct precise tests and measurements across various production stages to monitor and maintain control over key process variables.

Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex problems on the production floor by carefully examining technical facts and evidence.

Coordinate special project activities beyond routine tasks to recommend and implement key manufacturing process improvements.
