Full Job Description Description:
The Print Production Associate supports the construction print department by coordinating customer print orders from initial receipt through final production and delivery. This role prepares and reviews digital files, operates large- and small-format printing equipment, completes a variety of finishing processes, and verifies that each job meets quality and accuracy standards. The Print Production Associate also provides responsive customer service, maintains organized electronic files and work orders, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Essential Functions and Duties Review and preflight digital files to confirm accuracy, completeness, and print readiness before production. Produce large- and small-format documents using available in-house printing equipment. Complete document finishing, including stapling or screw-post binding for large-format plans and coil, GBC, staple, three-ring binder, or screw-post binding for printed materials. Scan hard-copy originals, save files to the appropriate server location, and prepare completed files or materials for delivery to customers. Inspect completed work for print quality, accuracy, and adherence to customer specifications before distribution. Provide basic customer service by answering and transferring telephone calls, responding to routine questions, and entering print orders in P21. Monitor the production email inbox, save customer files, respond to customer messages, and create accurate work orders. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient production workspace and follow established operating procedures. Travel to the Morrisville branch to provide production coverage as needed.
Requirements:

Consistent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn and safely operate printing, scanning, finishing, and related office equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use or learn core Microsoft applications, including Windows, Word, and Outlook, are required. Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, applicable safety rules and regulations for production operations and equipment use is required.
