Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Assist in the production and assembly of products according to company standards Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials or finished products as needed Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies Assist supervisors and team members with other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility May involve exposure to noise, dust, or machinery Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required Schedule Full-time / Part-time Monday-Saturday, sometimes Sunday. 5 Days on, 2 days off.
