• 2:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

$18.60/hr Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM

• 11:00 PM Weekly pay No weekend work Job Responsibilities This position involves continuous, repetitive manual labor for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities include:

Trimming and removing excess foam from panels Scraping panels for most of the shift (highly repetitive) Sanding surfaces to remove residue Preparing boards for coating Assisting in coating using handheld tools such as paint brushes Operating machinery, including a material handler Stacking and palletizing finished boards Cross-training in multiple departments as needed Work Environment Highly manual and repetitive work performed all day Standing and moving for the entire shift Non-climate controlled facility Team-based work (paired with another operator) Production depends on consistent attendance and reliability This role requires individuals who are comfortable performing the same physical tasks repeatedly, hour after hour , while maintaining quality and focus.
