The opportunity:
This position supports production operations within our Yarns Division. Responsibilities may include operating and assisting with machinery, transporting materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting overall production flow. Duties can involve loading and unloading pallets, moving supplies using battery-operated equipment (tugger), cleaning equipment and workspaces, and assisting operators with materials such as tubes and cotton bins. Upon hire, associates will be assigned to a role based on business needs, which may include positions such as Spin Operator, Card Operator, Reclaim Operator, Robot Cleaner, Card Cleaner, Opening Room Operator, or Can Hauler. Key Details 12-hour shifts Work only 15-16 days/nights per month Weekly pay available Stable and supportive work environment Part of our Yarns Division The requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions for operation of production equipment, work instructions, and procedures. Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial. Maintain safe and clean work environment. Reliability, exceptional attendance Ability to work in a cotton dust environment.
