2989942967-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is seeking a Paint Line Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations by finishing window and door components to exacting quality standards. In this role, you will load and unload parts on the paint line, prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings, and inspect finished components for coverage, color, and defects. You'll follow standardized work, read production schedules, document output, and keep equipment and work areas clean. Safety and PPE compliance are essential as you work with paints and chemicals in a fast-paced, team-based environment where craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement are highly valued. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated and manual paint line equipment for window and door components Load, stage, and unload parts on racks or conveyors to meet production schedules Prepare surfaces, mix coatings, and verify materials match work orders and specifications Inspect in-process and finished parts for coverage, color, runs, and defects, making adjustments as needed Follow all safety procedures, including PPE use and proper handling of paints and chemicals Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on paint line equipment and work areas Accurately record production counts, scrap, and quality data in logs or systems Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve issues and support continuous improvement efforts Required Skills Paint line operation Spray painting equipment setup Industrial coating application Quality inspection Basic machine troubleshooting Production documentation PPE and safety compliance Material handling Color matching and finish checks Equipment cleaning and maintenance
