We're expanding our production team and looking for someone who takes pride in hands-on work and wants to build something with us. Position Overview The Full-Time Production Specialist supports the day-to-day production of signs, graphics, and other custom products. This position plays an important role in turning job tickets, materials, and digital files into finished products that are accurate, professional, and ready for our customers. You'll work with production equipment, vinyl graphics, substrates, tools, and a variety of materials to print, finish, assemble, and package customer orders. The right person is detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Experience in the sign or print industry is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing quality work. What You'll Do Assist with the fabrication and assembly of signs and sign components Trim posters, banners, decals, vinyl, and other finished products Operate production equipment such as vinyl cutters, laminators, and printers, with training provided as needed Weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics to signs, panels, and other substrates Prepare substrates and materials for printing, production, and application Review job tickets and production details before beginning work to help prevent mistakes and rework Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and completeness Follow production schedules and help complete jobs by required deadlines Communicate job progress, questions, concerns, delays, or issues to the appropriate team members Keep job tickets, paperwork, and production notes accurate and up to date Package completed orders for customer pickup, delivery, or shipping Monitor materials and communicate when inventory is running low Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment Help troubleshoot production or equipment issues and communicate concerns when needed Assist with tracking, organizing, and restocking production materials Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe Make local deliveries and pickups as needed What You'll Bring Experience in signage, print production, vinyl graphics, fabrication, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, or another hands-on trade is helpful, but not required Comfort using hand tools, tape measures, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate, professional work Ability to read job tickets, follow instructions, and ask questions when details are unclear Good communication skills with coworkers, customers, and vendors Ability to stay organized and help keep work areas, tools, vehicles, and materials clean and ready for use Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team Commitment to following company procedures, safety practices, and quality standards Valid driver's license for occasional local deliveries and pickups What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities during busy seasons Paid time off and paid holidays Growth potential in a fast-scaling company A tight-knit team that takes pride in our work and doesn't take ourselves too seriously Modern equipment, new facility, and a culture of craftsmanship
