Overview Days or Nights:
Monday- Thursday Hours:
6am to 4:30pm or 4:30pm to 2:30am We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to fabricate components and assemble final products. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform tasks related to production. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to supervisors promptly. Assist in the training of new employees on assembly line processes and safety procedures. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and improvements. Qualifications Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds Join us in creating high-quality products that make a difference!
