We need someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and roll the dough to the perfect thinness of Freddy's. Join our dynamic team as our Packaging Specialist and become a vital part of crafting this beloved traditional Norwegian flatbread! In this role you will be responsible for cooling and packaging the lefse, ensuring each batch meets our high-quality standards built on 80 years of tradition. Our operating hours fluctuate throughout the year as follows: We start promptly at 8 a.m. each work day. Summer hours are Monday-Friday, 20-32 hours/week with Friday afternoons off. Fall hours are Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week. We only bake 4-8 hours/week during our low season of January-April. No evenings, weekends or holidays. Flexibility when you need a day off.
