Job Description

Production Lead Job Summary LSI is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Lead to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Full-Time Shift:
1st Shift (Monday-Friday)
Pay:
$25-$30 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to ensure products are completed accurately and on schedule. Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet daily and weekly production goals. Supervise and support production staff while maintaining a positive team environment. Lead by example through strong work ethic, productivity, and attention to detail. Ensure products are manufactured according to company standards, procedures, and quality requirements. Monitor production output and communicate progress to management. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Assist with training and development of production team members. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience required. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
