Crown-Line Plastics is a Nebraska City manufacturer of PVC pipe and conduit products. Since 1958, the company has produced products for irrigation, sewer and drain, potable water, electrical conduit, well casing, and other applications. We are looking for dependable Production Line Associates to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift and help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently, and consistently. Position Summary The Production Line Associate works as part of the manufacturing team to operate, monitor, and maintain production processes used to manufacture PVC pipe and related products. This is a hands-on position in an industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and takes pride in producing a quality product. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures. Assist with the production of PVC pipe and conduit products. Monitor product quality, dimensions, appearance, and overall condition. Identify and report production issues, equipment problems, or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Perform basic production tasks such as handling, cutting, finishing, packaging, labeling, and staging products as assigned. Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Follow production instructions, quality standards, and established operating procedures. Accurately complete production paperwork and records as required. Work cooperatively with other production employees, supervisors, and maintenance personnel. Assist with changeovers, line adjustments, material handling, and other production activities as needed. Perform other duties related to the production operation as assigned. Qualifications Ability to learn and follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Must be willing to work the assigned shift. Must be able to follow all workplace safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to safely work around operating machinery and production equipment. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by the position. Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Required PPE must be worn while working in designated areas. Monday-Friday 4pm-12am
