$15.00/hour Job Summary Aventure Staffing is seeking a motivated General Production Worker. In this role, you will assist with the daily production, finishing, inspection, and packaging of high-quality digital print, custom books, albums, and commercial print products. This is an entry-level position offering steady full-time hours on a 12-hour rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor finishing equipment (cutting, folding, binding, collating, and laminating machinery). Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, alignment, and defects before packaging Stack, box, wrap, and label finished products accurately for shipping and distribution Supply raw materials (paper, adhesives, cover stock) to digital press and bindery lines to keep production moving smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with safety standards. Work collaboratively with teammates to hit daily production targets.
