Job Summary Sgt. Peffer's Cafe Italian is looking for a dependable Pizza Production Associate to support daily pizza preparation and kitchen production. This role focuses on ingredient preparation, pizza assembly, maintaining food-quality standards, and keeping the kitchen organized during busy service periods. Responsibilities Prepare pizza ingredients, toppings, sauces, and other food items. Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and portions. Assist with dough preparation and pizza production. Maintain clean and organized food-preparation stations. Monitor ingredient freshness and proper food storage. Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures. Support cooks and other kitchen staff during busy periods. Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed. Help maintain consistent quality and presentation of finished products. Qualifications Previous kitchen, pizza, or food-preparation experience preferred. Basic understanding of food preparation and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Good attention to detail and portion control. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks. Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 31.0 per week
