Assembler/Production Worker

Job Summary WesBell has 30 employees with 10 dedicated to this particular assembly line. The quantity has risen so we need more full time assemblers to help the team. There's roughly 8-10 steps clipping plastic pieces together and wrapping clear tubing around the plastic. There are only a few basic hand tools used in the process but it's mostly done by hand. We start at $16.00 per hour for 3 months, at which point you'll go full time with a raise, 100% paid health insurance premium, monthly bonuses, 3% IRA match and 15 days per year earned vacation time. There's also an incentive offered for passing daily goals. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment. Responsibilities Assemble plastic/tubing products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate various hand tools safely and effectively. Work on the assembly line, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality control. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks.
