Join a Team That Keeps Production Moving Index Packaging is a growing manufacturing company with four New Hampshire facilities and over 200 employees dedicated to delivering custom packaging solutions across a wide range of industries. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Production Associates. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and contributing wherever needed to support production, assembly, warehouse, and shipping operations. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have opportunities to learn multiple processes while developing valuable manufacturing and warehouse skills.
What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping production and warehouse operations running efficiently.
Daily responsibilities may include:
Performing assembly and production tasks according to work orders and specifications. Packaging, labeling, wrapping, and preparing products for shipment. Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently. Moving materials throughout the facility. Supporting production lines and manufacturing operations. Assisting with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse activities. Inspecting products and materials to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Cross-training in multiple manufacturing and warehouse functions. Supporting team production goals and operational needs.

Helpful experience includes:
Manufacturing or production work Assembly experience Warehouse operations Shipping and receiving Material handling Packaging or distribution Forklift experience (a plus, but not required) You should be comfortable with: Fast-paced work environments Physical work and movement throughout the day Following written and verbal instructions Learning multiple tasks and processes Working independently and as part of a team No manufacturing experience? Physical Requirements:
This is an active manufacturing and warehouse role requiring: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Regular lifting up to 35 lbs Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Material movement throughout the facility Working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Why Join Index Packaging?
