Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable 1st Shift Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating various machinery and equipment to support the assembly and production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills within a dynamic manufacturing facility, contributing directly to the company's operational success. These are temporary to permanent openings and after a probabtionary period of about 3 months, successful candidates will be taken directly onto staff with a raise and comprehensive benefits package.
Shift times:
M-Th 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Overtime available on Fridays Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery on the production line during the first shift, ensuring smooth and continuous workflow. Perform routine inspections of products and machinery to identify defects or maintenance needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while adhering to quality standards. Follow safety guidelines consistently, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Skills Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge related to assembly line processes and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations, offering an engaging work environment where your skills contribute directly to product quality and production efficiency.
