will not be considered Summary of the position: BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Associate Production Tech (Dia Tech), Filling
  • 2nd Shift to join our client's site in Branchburg, NJ.
This role will support filling, labeling, inspection, packaging, and production operations while ensuring compliance with production manufacturing records, SOPs, ISO standards, cGMP requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The position also supports documentation, quality inspections, warehousing activities, and maintaining a clean and compliant manufacturing environment.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the operation of filling, labeling, and packaging equipment of varying complexity in accordance with Production Manufacturing Records, applicable SOPs, ISO standards, and cGMP requirements. Perform aseptic gowning and filling tasks within the aseptic environment when participating in Filling Operations. Perform in-process quality checks for specific quality attributes, including Fill Check, Torque Check, Vision System Check, Label Alignment Check, and other required inspections. Inspect products for defects and verify conformance to quality standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and cGMP regulations. Complete production documentation (Production Manufacturing Records) and associated SAP transactions, including lot numbers, expiration dates, intermediates, reconciliations, and related records. Visually inspect products for defects and compliance with quality standards. Clean work areas and decontaminate work surfaces according to defined procedures. Perform duties in accordance with SOPs, Quality System Regulations (QSRs), safety requirements, and regulatory standards. Perform scheduled environmental monitoring activities in Filling Suites as required. Perform warehousing activities as needed, including: Fill preparation, Picking, Issuing, Returns, Internal distribution of goods, Receiving, Shipping, Lift up to 50 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Main Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
1-2 years of previous experience in: Operations/Production environment Filling operations Labeling operations Warehouse operations Or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Equivalent combination of education and work experience accepted. Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
