Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Printing Production Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality printed materials! In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain various printing machinery, including large-format printers, digital presses, and flexo presses, ensuring every project meets precise standards. Your expertise in color management, graphic design, and print production processes will drive efficiency and excellence from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial equipment, contribute to innovative print advertising campaigns, and develop your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate a variety of printing machines such as large-format printers, digital and screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Manage color accuracy and consistency across different print jobs using advanced color management techniques and prepress software. Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct layout design, typography, and overall print specifications are followed. Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on printing equipment to optimize machine performance and prevent downtime. Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to review proofs and make necessary adjustments. Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine settings, and quality control measures to ensure compliance with standards. Experience Proven experience operating large-format printers, digital printing equipment, or flexo presses in a manufacturing or print shop setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on industrial equipment. Familiarity with prepress software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools. Knowledge of print advertising standards, layout design principles, typography, and color management techniques. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately while adhering to strict deadlines. Basic understanding of machining processes related to print finishing like cutting and binding is preferred. Demonstrated technical proficiency in press operation, industrial equipment adjustment, and machine operation for high-volume printing projects. Pay:
$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
