You'll help keep the line running safely and efficiently while learning how the production process works.

What You'll Do Production & Packaging:

Prepare packaging materials and pack cans and bottles into cases, trays, and bundles according to standard operating procedures.

Equipment Operation:

After training, assist with equipment setup and operate assigned production or packaging machinery. Monitor performance and report jams or malfunctions.

Quality Checks:

Inspect labels, fill levels, seals, and packaging. Verify product and lot codes, and report damaged or nonconforming products.

Material Handling:

Move and stage materials, build and wrap pallets, and support line changeovers.

Safety & Food Quality:

Follow workplace safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety procedures. Use required protective equipment and report concerns promptly.

Cleaning & Equipment Care:

Clean and organize equipment and workstations, complete sanitation tasks, and perform basic equipment care within your training and authorization.

Records & Teamwork:

Record production counts and quality checks as required. Communicate issues and coordinate with teammates and supervisors to keep work moving. Physical Requirements This active role involves standing for shifts of up to 8 hours, frequent bending and lifting, and lifting up to 60 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
