Manufacturing Associate Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in cleaning of production equipment and accessories. Assist in maintenance and cleaning of warehouse areas. Keeps accurate sanitation records on file with management. This includes equipment logbooks, area logs and production records. Affixes status stickers to equipment and areas. Ensures OSHA compliance with chemical usage and that cleaning agents are properly used. Monitors the cleaning chemicals to ensure containers are properly labeled and that they are stored in a secure location. Ensures compliance with the company's personnel protective equipment guidelines. Works with QC on cleaning verification methods and techniques Ensure machines have been cleaned/sanitized before production begins. Assist in Mixing of raw materials for production according to process sheet in the batch record. Fill trays with product and set in ovens for drying. Remove product from trays and take to the grinding room to break down into powder. Assist with other production tasks, blending, grinding, mixing, capsule filling. Document production procedures for each production task completed. Load completed capsules onto pallet and wrap so that it is ready for delivery. Assist with cleaning of the grinding room/mixing room. Assist with cleaning of the ovens after production. Qualifications High school degree or equivalent. A keen eye for detail. Encapsulation and quality experience is preferred. Production experience in supplements, pharma, food, chemical related industries. GMP and safety regulations experience preferred.

$25.00 per hour
