Production Associate We're hiring reliable and motivated Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. On-the-job training is provided. You'll assemble, test, and inspect products, operate manufacturing equipment, and help meet daily production and quality goals. Pay & Benefits $14-$16 per hour Full-time, 10-12 hour Day and Night Shifts On-the-job training Stable employment Team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Assemble and test products according to work instructions Use basic hand tools Inspect products for quality and accuracy Enter and maintain basic production information Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Assist with other production duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, assembly, production experience is a plus , but not required Basic computer and math skills Strong attention to detail Dependable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise #nowhiring
