Powder Technician I (Entry-Level) DHF Technical Products is a successful, innovative and fast-growing manufacturer in the heart of Rio Rancho and are one of the most trusted names in our industry. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our refining team as an Entry-Level Powder Technician I. This position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the manufacturing industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Ball mills, Separators and Blenders
• Operate Incinerators for burning of Organics
• Operate Various Gas and Inductions Furnaces
• Empty molten metal from furnaces using tongs, cranes, ladles, graphite molds
• Take samples from powdered materials and molten metals
• Weigh various materials pre and post melt
• Fill out production logs and other data
• Inspect equipment for defects and wear
• Provide settlement information regarding lot weights
• Clean metal bars free of slags using air hammers
• Keep accurate track of material lots
• Attention to detail
• Occasional overtime

QUALIFICATIONS

• No prior manufacturing experience required; we will provide on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about manufacturing processes and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe workplace
