As a Production Associate you will play an essential role in operating specialized equipment maintaining quality standards and ensuring production runs efficiently and on schedule. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a stable career in manufacturing with hands-on training and long-term growth potential. What You'll Do Operate production equipment including affixing machines Little David SmartPack printers cutters laminators and collators Perform basic machine setup and routine preventive maintenance Inspect finished cards to ensure accuracy quality and compliance with customer specifications Package and prepare completed products for shipment Accurately complete production logs and documentation Monitor workflow and communicate any issues or delays to supervisors Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace following 5S standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or printing experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Basic math and reading skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Reliable and safety-focused Schedule Options (4-Day Work Week!)
