As a vital part of the production department, supporting the assembly and manufacturing of mattresses and bedding items, the ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Assemble and manufacture mattresses and bedding products efficiently and accurately Operate production equipment safely and responsibly Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Lift, move, and stack materials as needed to support production flow Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What's Needed? No prior manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn is valued Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment What's in it for me?
