All new hires will train on 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM) for approximately 2-3 weeks until fully trained. Job Duties As a Production Operator, you will: Operate production machinery and equipment Support manufacturing and powder production processes Complete work orders and production documentation accurately Operate forklifts as needed Package materials for shipment Maintain a safe and organized work environment Follow all company procedures and safety standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
