Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Production Associate to oversee daily production activities and support our operations team. In this role, you'll work second shift and guide production associates, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train production team members in daily tasks including packaging, labeling, and product preparation. Ensure all products meet quality, consistency, and regulatory specifications. Monitor production workflow to meet schedules and output goals. Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Operate and troubleshoot production equipment as needed. Track and document production data (weights, counts, batch numbers)

Qualifications:

Must be able to work second shift, 4:00-12:30am M-F Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or cannabis operations preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
