About Skiff Workshop Skiff Workshop is a small manufacturing company serving the premium knife industry. We produce high-precision components using small to medium CNC machines and work with materials like phosphor bronze, titanium, and damascus steel. This is not a warehouse job and not an assembly-line factory . We're a small, clean shop focused on quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. About the role This is an entry-level, hands-on manufacturing position . No prior manufacturing or CNC experience is required — we will train you. You'll assist with day-to-day shop operations and learn how precision parts are finished, assembled, and prepared for customers. This is a great fit for someone who likes working with their hands, learning how things are made, and taking pride in doing things right. What you'll do Setup raw material for machining processes following established procedures Operate part finishing and deburring equipment Assemble small, high-precision components Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep Maintain machine coolant systems Inspect parts for quality and consistency Help keep the shop clean and organized Support general shop operations as needed What we're looking for Reliable and trustworthy Willing to learn and follow procedures Comfortable using hand and power tools responsibly Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination Mechanically inclined or curious about manufacturing Able to communicate clearly and work as part of a small team Authorized to work in the United States Why this job is a good fit No experience required — training provided Not a warehouse or large factory environment Small team / small shop atmosphere Flexible schedule Weekly pay Clean, organized workspace A solid entry point into manufacturing and skilled trades

Pay:
