Back Fiberglass Production Workers Light Industrial & Manufacturing Rochester , Indiana Contract to Hire Sep 30, 2026 Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking Fiberglass Production Workers for one of our clients facility in Rochester, IN , and we are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join their production team.

Pay:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and department assignment

Schedule:

1st Shift / 7AM to 4PM What You May Be Doing Depending on your experience and department assignment, responsibilities may include: Operating production equipment and machinery Grinding, sanding, trimming, and finishing fiberglass products Applying adhesives and working with fiberglass materials Operating rollers and winding equipment Measuring and cutting materials accurately Reading and following blueprints, drawings, or work instructions Using a tape measure and basic measuring tools Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy Using hand tools and power tools Performing assembly and fabrication work Performing other hands-on manufacturing duties as assigned Skills & Experience We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working with their hands and following detailed instructions.

Preferred experience includes:

Manufacturing or production experience Composite manufacturing Gluing or adhesive application Machine operation Welding or fabrication Assembly Use of hand and power tools Reading blueprints or technical drawings Ability to accurately use a tape measure Ability to understand measurements and follow specifications What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials Willingness to learn different production processes and work in different departments Why Peoplelink?
