Key Responsibilities Electro-Mechanical Assembly:

Build TFT-LCD displays, touch panels, embedded computing systems, and custom enclosures using hand tools and technical documentation.

Optical Bonding & Cleanroom Support:

Prepare glass surfaces and assist with liquid resin optical bonding (VacuBond®) processes in a cleanroom environment.

Soldering & Wiring:

Solder connectors, wire harnesses, and small electronic assemblies with high precision.

salary:

$20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 2:30

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Mechanical & Display Assembly:

Assemble TFT-LCD display modules, touch screens, controllers, single-board computers, and custom enclosures according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

Optical Bonding & Cleanroom Tasks:

Assist with or perform surface preparation, liquid resin application, and alignment using FORTEC's proprietary optical bonding (VacuBond®) processes.

Soldering & Component Integration:

Solder wires, harnesses, connectors, and light electronic components onto circuit boards and display frames.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Perform visual inspections, power-on testing, touch-screen calibration, and functional testing to meet

ISO 9001

standards before final packaging.

Cleanroom Maintenance:

Maintain ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards, dust-free environments, and safety compliance throughout production areas.

Inventory & Materials Handling:

Stage components, record material usage, report shortages, and carefully pack delicate electronic displays for distribution.
