FULL TIME PRODUCTION POSITIONS AVAILABLE

• Freedom Manufacturing LLC is located in the Grande Industrial Park in Saratoga Springs.

We are a growing company and offer opportunities for advancement. Starting wage is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with an increase after a successful 3 month training period. Candidates that have applicable manufacturing experience and/or strong work records will be considered to start at a higher pay rate.

FULL TIME

• 40 hours a week. First Shift. Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No mandatory overtime. This is an entry level team assembly/production position. Occasional overtime offered on weekday mornings, evenings and Saturday.
• Prepare materials for production
• Plastic sealing utilizing designated machinery and tools
• Folding finished product
• Labeling and packaging products for shipment

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Good observation skills
• Attention to detail
• Read and write English
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Accurate counting skills : Simple IRA plan with 3% company match after one year of employment.
• 9 Paid Holidays after 3 months employment.
• 30 hrs of benefit time available in the first year of employment
• 40 hours of vacation time is awarded after completion of one year employment.
