Job Description
About the Role As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will serve as a vital member of our production team, ensuring the consistent quality and output of our specialized blends. You will utilize your technical aptitude to manage complex mixing processes, handle raw materials, and maintain equipment performance to meet our high-volume production goals. Responsibilities Execute the full production lifecycle, including raw material handling, precise batch weighing, and loading blenders according to established formulas. Perform comprehensive quality inspections on both raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherence to strict safety and purity standards. Operate production machinery independently, maintaining process flow and documenting any equipment deviations or performance issues. Execute final packaging and palletizing tasks, ensuring all inventory is stored correctly and safely. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot process disturbances and communicate adjustments to leadership. Collect analytical samples throughout the production process to verify product integrity and compliance. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs. throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer literacy. Capacity to wear required PPE, including a respirator, and comply with strict hygiene standards (no facial hair or artificial nails). Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production role. Prior experience with batch processing or chemical handling. Proven ability to follow complex standard operating procedures (SOPs) with minimal supervision.
