What You'll Do Depending on your experience, qualifications, and training, responsibilities may include: Be part of a world class manufacturing team as a key supplier to the Aerospace industry Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery Loading, unloading, and moving materials Sorting, inspecting, and packaging products Assisting with production processes Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Following safety procedures and quality standards Working as part of a team to meet production goals Learning multiple production processes through cross-training Performing other manufacturing duties as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred but not required Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Commitment to safety and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Why Work For Us? Duties may involve working around industrial equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other typical manufacturing conditions. Physical Requirements Candidates should be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, is required. Position Type Full-Time positions are available on various shifts. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
