What You'll Do As an Assistant Production / Machine Operator, you will play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure proper operation Monitor production equipment throughout the day for quality and efficiency Perform routine machine cleaning before, during, and after shifts Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns as needed Conduct preventative maintenance and basic machine adjustments Perform quality checks and random product inspections Complete safety inspections and follow all workplace safety procedures Ensure finished products meet quality standards Support production goals and maintain a clean, organized work area Training will be provided on 1st shift before transferring to the assigned production schedule.
