Job Description
Nesco Resource is looking for a Production Associate in Watertown, CT for both 1st Shift. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Pay:
$18.00/hour 1stShift:
Monday- Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00PM Requirements/Responsibilities:
Use of basic hand tools required (tape measure and scissors) and additional tools as needed and trained. Knowledge of basic math skills (addition, multiplication, division, subtraction) Physical ability to repetitively complete folding, bending, kneeling, etc. Previous sewing experience a plus. Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area. Ability to multi-task and learn multiple job functions. Strong communications skills Physical and mental ability to work long hours as needed to meet customer requirements. Ability to meet and exceed quality standards. Ability to identify any failure in quality of products. Use other tools as needed including: logo machine, hand welder, sewing machine & hand dryer. Complete all other duties as assigned. Must be able to complete manual labor. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read a tape measure and read engineering drawings. Must be able to read and write in English. Must be available to work overtime based on customer needs. Must have reliable transportation. Must be reliable and responsible, strict attendance policy will be enforced.
