We're looking for a motivated Junior Production Operator who wants to learn the sign and graphics industry from the ground up. Responsibilities Assist with operating large format printers, laminators, plotters, and finishing equipment Weed, mask, trim, and package vinyl graphics Prepare files and materials for production Mount graphics to various substrates including PVC, acrylic, aluminum composite, and foam board Assist with banner finishing including hems, grommets, and pole pockets Help organize production schedules and maintain workflow Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials Perform quality checks to ensure all jobs meet company standards Keep the production floor clean, organized, and safe Assist installation crews with loading, unloading, and preparing graphics for installation Learn proper handling and maintenance of production equipment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in printing, signs, manufacturing, woodworking, construction, or hands-on production is a plus—but not required Strong attention to detail Good organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day Basic computer skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience with vinyl application Experience using hand tools Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Experience in a sign shop or print production environment What You'll Learn Large format digital printing Vinyl cutting and finishing Laminating techniques Mounting and fabrication Packaging and shipping Quality control procedures Production workflow management Sign installation preparation Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid training Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities Supportive team environment Exposure to exciting projects for major brands and events Stable, full-time position with long-term growth potential Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime during busy production periods If you're eager to learn a skilled trade, take pride in producing high-quality work, and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
