•12:00 PM We're looking for a Documentation Control Specialist to join our team in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. In this role, you'll manage product documentation, BOMs, assembly drawings, and engineering changes while ensuring compliance with industry standards (IPC, ISO, RoHS). You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain documentation: BOMs, Gerber files, assembly drawings, and work/test instructions Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and document change processes Create accurate assembly drawings and machine programming data from CAD files Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with ISO, IPC, RoHS, and customer requirements Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and support continuous process improvements Qualifications/Experience 5+ years in documentation or product data management within manufacturing Experience with ERP systems ( SAP Business One preferred ) Familiarity with CAD file tools (AutoCAD, GC Prevue) and data integration software ( Aegis Factory Logix preferred ) Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Knowledge of circuit board design, compliance standards, and manufacturing workflows Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
