Temp-to-Hire Put Your Machine-Operating Skills to Work Looking for a clean manufacturing environment, strong starting pay, and the opportunity to build more machine-operation experience? Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Production Machine Operators in Ashland across multiple shifts. You'll operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform quality checks, make basic adjustments, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. We're looking for dependable candidates who are mechanically inclined, pay attention to quality, and are comfortable taking ownership of their equipment and production area. Available Shifts 1st

AM Pay:
$20
•$22+ /hour based on shift Overtime is required based on production demand and may include weekend hours or additional time before or after the regular shift. What You'll Do Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment
Start, stop, and maintain equipment throughout production
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Monitor production flow and equipment performance
Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Identify and report product or equipment issues
Maintain established production, safety, and quality standards
Complete required production documentation accurately
Keep your equipment and work area clean and organized
Work with team members to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, or machine-operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and consistent work habits
Strong attention to detail and product quality
Ability to follow written work instructions and established procedures
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Ability to work required overtime based on production needs
High school diploma or GED required
Commitment to following established safety and quality standards Why ? $20
