Vector's partner is in need of an Epoxy/Paint Operator which will be responsible for the preparation, coating, and finishing of metal components and enclosures used in high-performance power distribution systems. Your work will directly contribute to the durability, safety, and appearance of mission-critical equipment. 2nd Shift - (2p-12:30a) - Starting at $23/hr.

Responsibilities:

Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, sanding, and bead blasting Apply epoxy or paint using proper mixing ratios and techniques Operate dispensing and paint line equipment safely and accurately Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met Read and follow build specs, safety data sheets (SDS), and digital instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards Assist teammates with setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements Use PPE and tools correctly and follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing or similar hands-on work. High school diploma or GED required, technical or trade school preferred Comfortable using hand tools and working with small parts Good hand-eye coordination and vision for detailed inspection #IND102
