Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant for our production / administrative, This would include general computer work scheduling jobs on a calendar making sure the material for those jobs are in stock. Answering phones general filing of paperwork. And helping out with everyday task and phone calls. Sometimes there is a need to go pick up materials in a company truck. Responsibilities Record keeping , Filing general office clean up. Ordering materials for jobs Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure office equipment is operational. Skills Proficiency in Basic computer programs and CRM Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members. Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures. Knowledge of office management tools such as calendar management software and data entry platforms. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
