Job Description

Press Helper NovaVision, a Bowling Green technology company, has an immediate opening for a full-time Press Helper (Assistant). The primary function of this position is to support flexographic printing and coating operations. The press helper will support this by staging materials, cleaning cylinders and rollers, preparation of inks and coatings, plate mounting, wash-ups, general housekeeping while following established ISO and Safety procedures. The ideal candidate desires to be part of a high-growth and profitable company and have the following skills and experience: High school degree or GED equivalent. Ability to function in a team environment.more. Familiarity with Quality Management systems such as ISO 9001 and use of quality control tools typical with printing. Good Problem Solving and troubleshooting ability. Good Verbal and Written Communication with a focus on documenting daily production, QC or ISO procedural related information. Computer proficient with to access e-mail, update schedules, job details and to make production notes. Maintain a neat, orderly and safe work station. This will be a 1st shift position, full-time employment with benefits and bonus. Total compensation will be from entry level of $17/hour. Benefits include health care, paid vacation, retirement savings, & holidays.
