Industrial Production Worker - Spiral Pipe & Fittings Manufacturing Join Our Family-Owned Manufacturing Team! We are a family-owned sheet metal manufacturing company seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team. We manufacture high-quality spiral pipe and fittings for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Manufacture spiral pipe and sheet metal fittings using specialized equipment. Operate production machinery safely and efficiently (training provided). Load and unload materials, finished products, and delivery trucks. Lift, move, and handle sheet metal products and materials throughout the facility. Assist with packaging, staging, and preparing orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated candidates. Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds on a regular basis. Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
