Crucial Link is hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in the Brook Park, OH area. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating experience who is reliable, mechanically inclined, and looking for a long-term position. Position Overview The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring quality, performing basic machine adjustments, and keeping production moving efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing/production machinery according to company procedures Load and unload materials or parts as needed Monitor machine operation and report issues or malfunctions Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects Use basic hand tools and measuring tools as required Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety rules and production guidelines Meet daily production expectations Assist with other manufacturing duties as needed Requirements Previous machine operator experience is required Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery Ability to read basic work instructions and follow directions Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable attendance and punctuality are required Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ideal Candidate Has previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment Is dependable, trainable, and safety-minded Can work independently and as part of a team Takes pride in producing quality work
