We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on food manufacturing position involving the routine handling and processing of peanuts and tree nuts. Responsibilities Produce and package premium nut butter products Accurately weigh ingredients and record production data Follow recipes, batch sheets, and production procedures precisely Operate production equipment including grinders, mixers, and related machinery Roast, handle, grind, and package peanuts and tree nuts Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment Complete food safety and quality documentation Follow SQF, GMP, sanitation, allergen-control, and food-safety procedures Perform cleaning and sanitation of production equipment and work areas Assist with labeling, palletizing, inventory, and shipping as needed Lift and move raw materials, finished product, and packaging materials Work efficiently as part of a small production team Important Job Requirement — Nut Exposure This position routinely involves direct exposure to peanuts and tree nuts as an essential part of the production process. Applicants should understand that the job requires working with, around, and handling peanut and tree-nut products and ingredients on a regular basis. Qualifications Previous food manufacturing, production, warehouse, or commercial kitchen experience preferred Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete production records Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Ability to safely lift and move materials and finished products Willingness to follow all food-safety, allergen-control, sanitation, and GMP requirements Ability to work in a production environment with routine exposure to peanuts and tree nuts Schedule Full-time position. Monday-Friday production schedule, with occasional schedule changes based on production needs. Physical Requirements This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, lifting and moving materials, and working around food-processing equipment. Employees may be required to lift materials and finished products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
