This position involves supporting the production process by measuring, mixing, handling, and preparing rubber compounds and raw materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can safely perform physical, hands-on work throughout the shift. Responsibilities:

• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to production specifications
• Load and unload materials into mixing and production equipment
• Operate and monitor production machinery while following safety procedures
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and production equipment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
