As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and communication.

Details:

2nd shift - 2:45pm-11pm - Monday-Friday plus OT $20.17/hr

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize production activities Train, monitor and enforce safety procedures and policies with the production team members Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting Maintain lines and equipment, monitor housekeeping and cleanliness procedures Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes while supporting the department and personnel Maintain accurate production records and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel Use Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with manufacturing operations, including inventory management of production supplies 1-2 years experience in a lead/supervisory role Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to use basic measuring equipment, computer, and calculator Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for production, good communication, and take pride in your work, we would love to hear from you.
