• Join our team as a Production Associate in Delaware, where you'll become an integral part of our expanding Wall Panel division. We seek dedicated individuals to support our growing production needs. Whether you're new to the field or bring experience, we offer true temporary roles perfect for gaining valuable skills.
• Responsibilities
• + Work with a tape measure throughout a 8-10 hour shift. + Utilize mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools. + Contribute to production in a manufacturing environment. + Participate in a mentorship program to aid training and skill development. + Maintain a focus on safety and quality standards. + Collaborate with team members to achieve department production goals.
• Essential Skills
• + Comfortable using a tape measure regularly. + Mechanically inclined with experience in hand and power tools.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Safety and quality consciousness.

+ Ability to read and interpret shop details and instructions. + Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. + High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required). + Experience in automotive manufacturing management or custom engineered wood manufacturing is a plus. + Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or Oracle.

• Work Environment
• You will work in a wood processing and manufacturing operation with exposure to varying weather conditions. Our facilities include multiple production buildings, some climate-controlled, and a robust setup for shipping and receiving. The production floor houses departments like Engineering, Quality, and Fabrication, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

• This is a Contract position based out of Delaware, OH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
