Job Description

HPJ Industries is seeking production workers for our Deshler, OH location! We take pride in the packaging and recycling industry and are looking to add to our growing team. Our awesome team assembles and repairs on a line that focuses on processing and repairing returnable plastic packaging.

Salary:

$16.00 per hour starting pay with ability for pay raises

Responsibilities:

Work with a team to inspect, process and repair returnable plastic packaging used in many facets of the manufacturing industry by using basic hand tools and power tools. Rotate tasks Conduct QC checks Label and stack product Prepare product for shipment Maintain clean work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or other fields is preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Must be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs. continuously Standing for full 8-hour shifts Walking, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout shift Adaptable with indoor and outdoor working conditions Ability to work well with others and thrive in fast-paced environment Steel Toed boots are required, all other PPE will be issued.

Shift:

1st shift: Monday
Friday 6:00 AM
