This is a hands-on production position involving machine operation, inspection, counting, and accurate production reporting. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, shows up consistently and on time, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a dependable person who is willing to learn. What You'll Do Operate production machinery and perform secondary manufacturing operations Load and unload parts from machines Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Count and track completed parts Accurately record production quantities and scrap Follow job instructions and established procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow company safety and quality requirements Work independently while also supporting the production team What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential Strong attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production work Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to learn machinery and production processes Ability to stay productive throughout the workday Positive and professional attitude Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, assembly, inspection, or production experience is a plus Schedule & Transportation This position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM . Applicants must be able to reliably report to our Eastlake facility on time for every scheduled shift.
