Rubber Production Worker Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of rubber products. Measure, cut, mold, and assemble rubber materials according to production specifications. Inspect finished products for defects, proper size, shape, and quality. Load raw rubber materials into machines and remove completed products. Trim excess rubber and perform basic finishing and assembly tasks. Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Package and label completed rubber products for shipment. Report equipment problems, defective materials, or production issues to supervisors. Perform repetitive lifting, standing, bending, and other physical tasks as required. Work effectively as part of a production team while meeting daily production goals.
